Two generations · 40 years

A Treasure Valley family, still building

Charles Elumbaugh founded Western Idaho Builders in the early 1980s. He grew up in Marsing, and his focus was residential homes and remodels.

He remodeled John Jackson's home over in Homedale, and through that they built a lasting relationship. Charles and his two boys, Kenny and Bradley, went on to build and remodel offices, gas stations and warehouses for over 25 years — Brad running the remodels, Kenny in charge of the new builds.

With Charles now retired, his son Bradley and Bradley’s wife Katie have taken over the company. Two generations strong, we are so excited to share our expertise and knowledge in home building and remodeling with you.

Brad has been in construction for over 20 years — starting out building and remodeling gas stations all over the Treasure Valley. Four years ago he stepped away from commercial work and turned his passion for design and residential remodeling into a business built around the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients. He pays attention to detail, with excellent communication and time-management.

Katie is a mom to a blended family of six and runs the company alongside Brad. With many years as an office manager, she’s well organized and loves helping clients design their perfect space — so much so that she recently graduated from the BSU Interior Design program. She’s also been an Idaho Realtor for over four years and a part-time photographer for over ten.
